Similar to the Golden Cane Palm, but slower-growing, smaller and arguably more elegant, the Boronii is an attractive, slender, clumping palm. One of the most cold tolerant palms, the Boronii deals well with Melbourne winter conditions. May also be grown indoors in pots. Requires regular watering; do not let dry out, but be careful not to overwater! To keep the Boronii looking at its best, regular mild applications of liquid fertiliser are recommended, as well as a general purpose slow release fertiliser in the springtime.
