Pittosporum James Stirling is a fantastic looking shrub that originates in New Zealand. This evergreen pittosporum makes an excellent screening, topiary and hedging plant.
Pittosporum tenuifolium 'James Stirling' is fast growing and is perfect for creating an effective screen in small backyards and courtyards. Adaptable to most soil types and the green and silvery green leaves will add some colour texture to your backyard garden.
An extraordinarily drought hardy plant once established, the James Stirling is also low maintenance with bi-annual pruning and annual application of all purpose slow release fertilizer the only help it needs.
A purple/red flower blooms during spring time, so regular pruning and fertilising in the early part of spring will ensure that the Pittosporum tenuifolium 'James Stirling' looks good all year round.
