Prunus Subhirtella, commonly known as the weeping cherry 'falling snow' or Weeping Cherry Alba is a hardy deciduous tree with dark green, serrated foliage that turns dark yellow in Autumn before falling.
The slender weeping cherry 'falling snow' is a fast growing plant with heavy display of white flowers that appear during spring and makes a great backyard feature tree.
Ideal for placing on a northern wall to provide shade in summer and to allow light through in winter.
Fertilize in spring with general purpose slow release fertilizer or compost before mulching.
