Augusta Florida is an exceptional variety which produces full, double white flowers which are prominently displayed above dark green glossy foliage. The delightful flowers produce a sweet perfume from spring to early autumn. Making an ideal container plant which, when placed near a window, will allow you to enjoy the perfume inside. Gardenias grow best when placed in a warm sunny position with some protection from frosts, in well drained, well composted soil. General plant health will benefit from applications of compost and fertilizer in early spring.
