The weeping Rosebud cherry is a small deciduous flowering tree that originates in Japan. Prunus Subhirtella is believed to be a hybrid plant originating from the Prunus incisa and Prunus spachiana.
The weeping pink (cherry) flowers bloom in early spring and makes an excellent feature plant.
Ideal for placing on a northern wall to provide shade in summer and to allow light through in winter.
Fertilize in spring with general purpose slow release fertilizer or compost before mulching.
